Celso my service manager is amazing! !! My online appointment did make it through to him, however he made it work and arranged my car service and with big smile :) Some additional fee !! 2 1/2 hour wait for an oil change! I had to find reason why instead of my guy seeking me out. To top it off my car wasn’t even washed. If I didn’t have free oil change I would not ha I had to find reason why instead of my guy seeking me out. To top it off my car wasn’t even washed. If I didn’t have free oil change I would not have driven 35 min to go there. I have 2 more free oil changes and do believe I will forego those. Not worth the price of gas. This is the 2nd time this has happened to me. Won’t happen a third. More
