Celso is my Service Manager. He always keeps me informed of any service needs that come up during the inspection of my Lincoln. This service required a filter that was not covered by warranty. He called me and informed me of that need. I told him to change it and I would pay the extra charge. He looked into my account and found that I had rewards to cover the extra cost so I did not have to pay anything out of pocket, Thanks Celso for that Great attention to my account. More

I just had the most disrespectful conversation with George Brown regarding the service on my car. He basically called me a lier in when my car was to be ready. He gave me all kinds of excuses as to why my car has not been serviced since them receiving it yesterday for a oil change & a part they sent me a email earlier this month telling me the part was in so I could bring in for part to be changed (a broken tail gate handle and a oil change). Now George is telling me I may get my car back tonight. My husband & I have a Cruise starting on this Saturday. If the service team was too busy to work on my car -they should have told me - not give me a bunch of excuses. I have purchased 3 cars from Lincoln and with this type of disrespect I am getting from George Brown - it will be my the last time I ever purchase another car from Lincoln Auto Nation. More
