Price was outrageous for what they did. Did not complete work as promised. No loaner provided even though they had a car available. Made my appointment was given a loaner to use while my vehicle was being serviced. It took a few days to get my car back but it wasn't the dealers fault. The hoist being used broke so my car was stuck in vehicle was being serviced. It took a few days to get my car back but it wasn't the dealers fault. The hoist being used broke so my car was stuck in the air for an extra day and a half, but as mentioned I had a loaner so not a big issue. Jacob, our service consultant keep me up to date on the repair of the hoist. Got my car back no problems. More

Went for oil change and wiper blades, was there over 3 hours and cost $131+. I think that is a long time for that service especially when you have an appointment , and price was pretty expensive. hours and cost $131+.
