My service agent Ed (several years) is really excellent and he has always taken care of me and my family with our Lincoln cars that we have purchased there--- one day recently I had a sun visor on my driv and he has always taken care of me and my family with our Lincoln cars that we have purchased there--- one day recently I had a sun visor on my drivers side fall from attachments to ceiling and I couldn't drive safely - he had it fixed on the spot when I stopped iin in an scary dangerous situation.
