The drop off experience was great the pick up experience not so much. Was called the day of service that car was ready I informed them I would not Pick up till next day. The next day when my husband arrive not so much. Was called the day of service that car was ready I informed them I would not Pick up till next day. The next day when my husband arrived to pick up car there was a lot of confusion as to where the keys were and paperwork: the service manager did an excellent job rectifying what the care consultants could not figure out. Therefore I cannot give a 5 due to the rude behavior of the consultant to my husband. Our neighbor who dropped him off to get the car was a witness to the behavior and incompetence of the consultant. Be assured only reason I will come back is because of your great service manager George. More

Sales Dept. is very efficient. Service Dept. does good work but communication with the customer could be better. Regarding the valet service, pick up was very is very efficient. Then I had to drive to the dealership because I could not wait for information on scheduling delivery to return my car. More
