Had my 2020 MKz in for service and as usual, the experience was above expectations. My service advisor, Jacob, was most attentive and kept me periodically informed as to the progress of the service experience was above expectations. 2 1/2 hour wait for an oil change! I had to find reason why instead of my guy seeking me out. To top it off my car wasn’t even washed. If I didn’t have free oil change I would not ha I had to find reason why instead of my guy seeking me out. To top it off my car wasn’t even washed. If I didn’t have free oil change I would not have driven 35 min to go there. I have 2 more free oil changes and do believe I will forego those. Not worth the price of gas.
