I purchaser a used Lincoln MKX privately last year. I had not used a Lincoln dealership for service prior to last Thursday. I went to Autonation Lincoln in Clearwater to have them look after a recall t I had not used a Lincoln dealership for service prior to last Thursday. I went to Autonation Lincoln in Clearwater to have them look after a recall that I rec’d regarding the drivers airbag. Autonation were excellent at communicating with me and scheduling the service appt. Their service area is very clean and I received courteous attention. Would recommend this dealership for sure. Took Corsair in for scheduled maintenance and windshield motor not working 6 hours later and not hearing progress from service contact and I called several times frustrated I came and retrieved my car. Nothing was done, no oil change or rotate the tires no window washer. Took it to the FORD DEALERSHIP it was completely fixed in two hours and washer replaced! More
