I love that I get an appointment, bring it there, talk with the person in charge to find out what needs to be done, Then I get a cup of coffee and a donut and read a book. Have been having cars serviced here for over 8 years. Very pleasant atmosphere and Celso has always taken great care with us. This week was a little different, as the service took an unusually long time. Very pleasant atmosphere and Celso has always taken great care with us. This week was a little different, as the service took an unusually long time. I had scheduled an oil change appointment and asked that my wiper blades be replaced. Simple - figured maybe an hour. Nearly 3 hours later I finally went looking for my car which had just been finished. I expect more from Auto Nation when it’s a simple maintenance WITH appointment. Again - not Celso’s fault. He just schedules what’s needed with the service technicians which obviously were not efficient or there was not enough staff. Service was not busy … only 2 cars checking in and Checkin bay was empty when my car was ready. More
