I bought my car for service in mid June and also had the window button fix at the same time. However, the door handle was damaged after the the window fixed, so both the customer service associated and the window button fix at the same time. However, the door handle was damaged after the the window fixed, so both the customer service associated and the manager talked to me and promised to replace the door handle in 2 weeks. Since then, I am still not heard back from them. The damages are getting worse and I hope it can be replace as soon as possible. I have been texting Steven, but it looks like not much he can do. I was very pleased with Daryl and Samer for making me feel comfortable leaving my Levante for a few days while they took care of all of my needs. My car looks great! Poor customer experience. Does not care about customers. I came in to fix a problem with the car and was told they did not have sufficient resources to attend to my issue, but Does not care about customers. Took my car in for its first service and they did a great job. The only reason I’m not giving 5 stars is because I wasn’t made aware that the service would take over 2 hrs and they had no loaner cars so was job.
