Avoid this company. I was charged for a requested diagnostic service that they said was not required or permitted. When I booked the appointment online 4-11-25 I put dow I was charged for a requested diagnostic service that they said was not required or permitted. When I booked the appointment online 4-11-25 I put down the specific test that i wanted performed on my vehicle on 4-14-25. They never notified me prior to having the tech dispatched to my residence. When the tech arrived I was told that the they couldn't do the leak down test to check for worn or bad valve stem seals. They should have notified me at the time the appointment was made if they couldn't do the service, so I could have canceled the appointment. After the tech left on 4-14-25 I received an email saying that they charged my credit card 187.20 the full amount of the diagnostic, a service that I never received. More
