CauI used this mobile car service for a simple oil change, and it turned into a complete nightmare. After the service, my car developed an oil leak that left me without transportation for an entire we change, and it turned into a complete nightmare. During that time, the company took almost no responsibility for the damage or the inconvenience it caused. I was not offered a loaner vehicle, rental assistance, or reimbursement for the hundreds of dollars I had to spend on Uber rides just to get around. I even missed an important doctor’s appointment because I had no reliable transportation. After a long and frustrating struggle with customer service, the only compensation I received was a refund for the original oil change itself — nothing for the leak, lost time, transportation costs, or inconvenience caused. Mistakes can happen in any business. The real issue is how a company handles those mistakes, and in my experience, this company failed badly in both accountability and customer support. The service was easy to schedule, the technician arrived within the scheduled time allotment, was extremely courteous, knowledgeable of my vehicle and provided second to none service so much so that I remem within the scheduled time allotment, was extremely courteous, knowledgeable of my vehicle and provided second to none service so much so that I remember his name and I for one am a person that's not good with remembering names. Josh also provided information regarding things to be aware of and provided a general overview of the health and condition of my vehicle of which gave me a sense of security in my purchase.
