bought a jeep on 8/1 went back on 8/3 to finish up paper work got there at 245 waited and hour and a half without getting help i walked back into the finance department to see where cade was then they tell work got there at 245 waited and hour and a half without getting help i walked back into the finance department to see where cade was then they tell me he was not there there was 4 people back there working 1 had a customer they were told 2 time in that hour and a half that i was waiting no one bothered to help me until i walked into the back then the manager says he can help me i also had a concern with the jeep so i needed it to go into service and asked for a loaner manager sent me to rental desk and no one was there i waited a half hour for rental they they told me come back tomorrow joe in parts heard everything said he was going to help me and he did went out of his way and took care of me as for the mangers in finance and the manager on the show room floor they could have cared less i was there for 5 hours that day trying to take care of a simple paperwork that took maybe a half hour never been somewhere with so many unprofessional people my jeep is still there in service fingers crossed that it get handled proffesionaly More
