I left my garage remote in one of there vehicles and this Dealership refuses to return it back to me. They claim that they put it in the mail. We purchased a 2021 Toyota Tacoma on 5/10/25 we were promised a second key for the truck as part of the purchase deal, only one was given to us. It is now 5/20/2025 and no key. We were told to go to Autonation Toyota on 5/15/25 to get the key and have it programed. We took the hour drive, went to the service dept. they were horrible, rude uncooperative was told they would not issue the key due to paperwork issues, the key was on the counter in front of me. They refused to call Autonation Nissan where the purchase was made to resolve any problems. I drove back an hour to the Nissan dealership, told them what happened. The service guy called Autonation Toyota, and they got the same run around. They then told me they would have a courier bring the key the next day for me to pick up and they would send me to the competitor Toyota dealership to have it programed. As of today, still no call and no Key 5/20/25. I'm beginning to think this was all a gimmick to get us to make the deal for the truck. I have tried contacting my sales rep and service rep via email, vm and text message over the past couple of days with no response. I also tried finding out who the GM is at Autonation Nissan, first attempt I was disconnected, second attempt I was told to leave name and email, and someone would contact me with the name of the GM. What started out as a good experience as now turned into a terrible experience and wouldn't recommend this dealership to anyone! If I could return the truck I purchased for refund I would! A key should be a simple thing to take care of for a customer. More
We didn''t have the best experience when we purchased our when we went through financing. I will say the gentlemen that wrote up the paperwork did what he could to make up for it by giving us free oil chang when we went through financing. However, we had issues with hard water stains either on the window before tinting or on the tint that would come off. Took a couple asks for a manager to final call us back. We ended up never taking it back because life got in the way and the dealership is an hour away from us. I did recently take my Nissan Kick for its first oil change and Lance was great. He did help try and address our window issue with the hard water stain but he did notice issues with the tent that we need to watch over. However, my car got vacuumed but wasn't wash which I would have like to have seen it washed if they went to the trouble of vacuuming it. There was no shuttle available which I didn't learn about until I arrived for my 7am appointment. THen was told a ride could be available around 9, which would be the time my car would probably be done. I couldn't take time off work so I had to have a friend at the last minute pick me up and luckily take me back when my car was done. So no I would not necessarily recommend this dealership based on my own personal experience. I can share that my brother and sister-n-law did purchase from the same dealership and had a way better experience. Maybe our experiences have been bad timing. More

When you purchase your car they are great, get to the paperwork and finance it goes downhill FAST. The do not call back even after information requested about their service and your rank them a zero. After passing up a few dealerships because I was a solo female looking to buy a car, I stopped by to look at the Nissan's and other vehicles in your lot. I was pleasantly surprised when Billy came up to me female looking to buy a car, I stopped by to look at the Nissan's and other vehicles in your lot. I was pleasantly surprised when Billy came up to me in a golf cart and asking if I needed any help. I did. He was friendly and knowledgeable without any pressure to sell me a vehicle. I ended up buying a Nissan Murano and have been very happy the process was very easy. All the staff were friendly. I will definitely recommend this dealer!! More
