After relocating from Las Vegas, I needed to find a local Nissan Dealership to maintain my 2020 Nissan Titan. I brought my truck in for a routine scheduled maintenance item, and advised of a rough idling while parked. My service tech Danny Bedolla advised they identified the issue and pro-actively submitted to Nissan for a goodwill request, since I have been a long time customer. I wasn’t expecting this, and was pleasantly surprised. Typically I get an estimate and have to deal with figuring out how to pay for it. Danny contacted me a few days later to advise Nissan would be able to assist. This was great news and really made feel appreciated as a Nissan customer. I’ll definitely recommend AutoNation Nissan Chandler for their servicing needs, and I’ll continue to bring my vehicle there as well. More

When I initially called the service advisor was very helpful. Throughout the process I received updates via a link, as my vehicle transitioned through the repair process.
