DO NOT BUY A VEHICLE FROM THIS DEALERSHIP! !!!! They sold me a car that they never properly paid off or held the title to and now they just keep sending me temporary plates. That’s right, THEY !!!! That’s right, THEY SOLD ME A VEHICLE THEY DON’T ACTUALLY OWN AND NOW CAN’T GET IT TITLED TO ME. I have a large auto loan that I am now financially responsible for, for a vehicle I don’t own. To make matters worse, they continually give us the run around and only ever send off a single email on the issue when we call and complain. The staff is incredibly rude, one person actually told us that we should call the manager “your majesty” when we asked for the manager’s name. Every single person that we have spoken to has promised a call back or follow up and we still have yet to receive a single call or get any explanation as to how the issue will be fixed. They no longer have my old vehicle and refuse to take this car back so I am now completely stuck with a loan on a car I can’t legally own. Oh and for the final kicker, my salesperson Cat almost ran a pedestrian over in the vehicle right after the purchase with me as a passenger. I’ve never experienced a more corrupt, illegal, and ridiculously stupid business in my life. More

Was a little disappointed with the service guy (Danny eddola) I was dealing with. I asked him to keep in touch with me thru out the service and to let me know if anything else comes up that I already tol eddola) I was dealing with. It was like he didn’t want to be there and he didn’t listen to wait I was saying. Everything that needed to be done got done and I did tell him that I was leaking washer fluid and that did not get fixed and then I was told I needed brakes at the end of my service when they could of done that while my vehicle was there. Everything that got done, was done correctly and vehicle is running great. I feel like he didn’t listen, and I asked him twice if he put down the washer fluid was leaking and he did not respond. Feel like this time around my service was not addressed properly and joking for a better experience next time I come in with an appointment. More
