Investigated reason for backup camera blacking out and radio going back to factory reset with engineers at Nissan and found I needed a new radio/camera unit. Everything was done professionally and the job was completed on time however there was poor communication at the end of the job. The job was done but by the time I was notified the crew had gone home completed on time however there was poor communication at the end of the job. The job was done but by the time I was notified the crew had gone home and there was no driver available to pick me up. so I had to wait until the next day. There needs to be a better follow-thru at the end of the job. More
