I brought my Maxima in for a battery replacement and I could not of had a better experience. I was in put out of there in little over an hour and that is with adding on an oil change . I had an issue with my car and had to bring it in for service. I can honestly say that it was the best service, except for my towing experience that never happened, (story for another day), that I have service. I can honestly say that it was the best service, except for my towing experience that never happened, (story for another day), that I have ever had. Jennifer took care of me and answered a question that I have had for over a year. She didn't just blow me off, she resolved the problem. She stayed in contact with me during the entire visit, updating me and I never had to call to know what was happening. The best service ever. More
