I had a maintenance service schedule, and when my husband arrived at the dealer, the car sit in the parking for nearly 2 hours before they took it back. That was after I called them to find an update since m arrived at the dealer, the car sit in the parking for nearly 2 hours before they took it back. That was after I called them to find an update since my husband was waiting at the dealer the whole time. Then, they did an alignment without doing a tire rotation. Apparently, they couldn’t find the key to the tires, so they didn’t do the tires rotation. Waste of time!! Who knows if they actually change the oil. More
