We went to look at a used Ford F150. We did our research and new what we were looking for. Met with sales rep Cade Kanderski. It was fun working with him. He admitted he didn't know that much about it but did manage to get us a copy of the original window sticker which confirmed the options that we needed for the truck to work for us. What really made me happy was the fact that, we had already lined up other trucks to look at and told him we like it but want to go and see the others. I could tell he was a little bummed but he didn't do any high pressure sales tactics at all. We exchanged contact info and agreed to let him know one way or the other. Well, it didn't take long to call him back and let him know that if it's still available we'll buy it. It was just nice to know that if you didn't find what you were looking for, you weren't going to be pressured into buying something else. More

Michael in sales was very helpful however we waited for over 3 hours to get a purchase order for our Credit union as they said they were under staffed. Further when picking up my new Frontier they lost the over 3 hours to get a purchase order for our Credit union as they said they were under staffed. Further when picking up my new Frontier they lost the check from our credit union causing me another 2 hour wait. I understand that mistakes happen and even apologized for being short with them but the most frustrating part was not getting my call returned from the GM when I left a message. More

I was reluctant to give four stars however Michael in sales and David who did the paperwork were very kind and helpful and for this reason I left four stars. I only had a couple issues, the first was the sales and David who did the paperwork were very kind and helpful and for this reason I left four stars. I only had a couple issues, the first was the wait time to get the purchase order for our credit union. It took three hours with an appointment but I will admit I'm not very patient and they did say they were under staffed. The second issue was the loss of our credit union check when picking up my new Frontier after being told everything was ready to go. I had taken off time from work and it delayed me a couple hours while they located it. I did become frustrated and after leaving placed a call to Victor the GM to discuss the situation and apologize for being short with them. He has yet to return my call even though there's a sign in the lobby with his number asking customers to call if they have any issues. I don't want to be unreasonable as mistakes happen but I would have been nice to get a call back from the GM. More
