I only had a couple issues, the first was the wait time to get the purchase order for our credit union. It took three hours with an appointment but I will admit I'm not very patient and they did say they were under staffed. The second issue was the loss of our credit union check when picking up my new Frontier after being told everything was ready to go. I had taken off time from work and it delayed me a couple hours while they located it. I did become frustrated and after leaving placed a call to Victor the GM to discuss the situation and apologize for being short with them. He has yet to return my call even though there's a sign in the lobby with his number asking customers to call if they have any issues. I don't want to be unreasonable as mistakes happen but I would have been nice to get a call back from the GM. More

Took my car in for service (after being at two other places that couldn’t find the problem) they found it quickly, repaired it, and charged a more than fair price. WARNING - AVOID At the time of this review, BBB rating is -D, for good reasons! Sales and Service associates appear friendly and helpful, but this is far from reality, no dealership management will get i is -D, for good reasons! Sales and Service associates appear friendly and helpful, but this is far from reality, no dealership management will get involved and Nissan Motor also will distance themselves from any issues. We purchased a new Armada Platinum from Autonation Nissan Chandler and had problems within weeks, electronics are sporadically not working and warning lights come on/off and radio restarts frequently, at least 1-2/week. Paint chipped off the wheel well, despite there being no collision damage at all--there is no reason for any paint to peel. Service appointments are at least a month out...and if you have to reschedule, you'll wait another 4 weeks. 2 months after reporting the issue, service did not conduct any repairs and will not honor paint warranty. The Service, Finance and Dealership Management does not communicate and you will not be provided shuttles, they will offer it, but prepare to pay for your own Lyft. Sales will absolutely communicate before you complete the purchase. I called Nissan motor myself to inquire why warranty claim submitted by Autonation was denied. They told me it was opened without any photos submitted, leading to a “default denial”. This was contrary to what the dealership told me. I was livid and wanted to pursue complaints against the dealership. But the Nissan representative encouraged me to go to another dealer…this is what I decided to do and that dealer submitted the claim and it was approved. Avoid Nissan. Avoid AutoNation. DO NOT TRUST Autonation, very dishonest company. More
