Great job by Asst. Service Manager Mike for the provision of a loaner vehicle the day after Thanksgiving! This was the first time that my vehicle was serviced by Servic Service Manager Mike for the provision of a loaner vehicle the day after Thanksgiving! This was the first time that my vehicle was serviced by Service Advisor Ms. Maria Mejia. I had a few major issues with my vehicle and her quick thinking and that of the Cashier Melody led to huge savings from the estimated costs on the final invoice for replacement parts and repairs to my vehicle. Furthermore, Maria was constantly checking in on me and updating me on the status and progress of the works on my vehicle. Her customer skills are truly awesome, My vehicle was delivered in three working days as promised, washed and cleaned! I have been a very loyal customer with this dealership for more than 2 decades because of their commitment to excellence at all levels. I had an issue with my navigation screen in my 2018 Nissan Armada going out, that meant my back up camera, all my perimiter alarms ect. I took it here.
