I was in the market for a new car. I felt at home with Auto Nation. I had inquired about a few new cars, but due to low inventory, they wouldn’t be in transit in time. Jenzel contacted I felt at home with Auto Nation. I had inquired about a few new cars, but due to low inventory, they wouldn’t be in transit in time. Jenzel contacted me after I had given up and was going to go to another Nissan dealership in town. He ran through options with me… a new kick in transit, a used Sentra on the lot, and went the extra mile to talk to his GM about a loaner vehicle that could be sold as a pre certified that was a 2022 model. When I went down the dealership, Jenzel took a great amount of time with me. He let me test drive the used Sentra, a used kick, and a new Altima (a new one I inquired about same day). When I felt I was taking up too much of his time since I was being indecisive, he reassured me that his afternoon was set out to find me the car I wanted. He worked with his GM on finding rates and costs that I was comfortable with. When I set my eyes on the 2022 Kick S that was a rental, Jenzel and his GM elevated their customer service to another level. They made sure to bring back the rental the next day so I could drive it and see if it fit my needs. Jenzel kept in contact with me from day 1 while other salesmen stopped when I was getting stubborn. Jenzel’s hard work, respect, customer service, and patience is what made me feel comfortable. I was able to buy a 2022 Kick S and I couldn’t be happier More
