For the most part the service I usually receive at this location is usually quite pleasant. The cashiers are always pleasant, so dont change that. I say this because of whats going on in the economy right now and the fact that whenever possible I prefer to take my car to the dealership instead of some of these other repair places. More

From the moment I walked in I was greeted with almost like a welcome to the family attitude. I knew what I was looking for and the budget I was looking for in regards to finance. Before I even started my journey here for a car I spoke to Robel who sent a few models of cars that fit what I was looking for within the price bracket I was looking. I traded in my car which was a 2014 Dodge Avenger and the offered my the Kelley blue book pricing which when I went to a different dealer they wanted to lowball me with an amount that wasn’t feasible for the vehicle. I couldn’t have asked for better service from the guy who opened the door and treated me with a smile, to Robel my sales associate who helped me find exactly what I was looking for, to Geoff the finance officer who found the best rates for me, and of course Mr D the manager who was on duty. Every time I came back was always a pleasurable experience filled with smiles and laughs and I really felt at home.
