I bought my 2021 Murano on March 2nd of 2021, had 2 services done on vehicle, was never explained by the service tech what would be done on my Murano, just took my key and it was brought to the back, t services done on vehicle, was never explained by the service tech what would be done on my Murano, just took my key and it was brought to the back, that happened on my 5,000 and 10,000 mile service. After my 10,000 mile service the service tech, same guy I had on my 1st service told me with an attitude, the next time and going forward I will have to pay for my services, I asked how much he said $90, I was annoyed, waking around the showroom floor looking to speak with someone, I was approached by the finance manager who took me in his office and went over my contract and protection plan I purchased, he said yes I would be paying for services going forward, I told him the service tech I worked with twice had an attitude both tes, he asked if I knew his name, I said no, but I described him , he knew who he was and said that's not the way we do business at Auto Nation. I also asked if they wash my car, the service tech said yes and both times my vehicle wasn't washed ,looks like they did a spot wash, noticed about half way home when the sun hit the windshield. I decided I had enough and reached out to Nissan Corporate, explained my issues, they told me I could take my Murano to Any Nissan dealership, warranty and protection plan is good as well. I went to another dealership and that's when information came out that really set me off, 1st they asked me for my wheel lock key, which I told them I didn't have one, they said I should have got it when.i got the vehicle, they checked places it could be and they couldn't find it. I told them I purchased a protection plan , they service tech said it would help if they had it, they couldn't look it up because I purchased it a Auto Nation, so I go back to Auto Nation to pick up a wheel lock key and copies of my protection plan, then drove back to the dealership. The service plan entered all my info along with the service plan into there system, they showed me the price and what they would be doing on my Murano, which is what your supposed to see, very nice, went over everything with me, which Auto Nation never did. I found out through a family member that my tires were not being rotated properly, because they had 60 yrs knowledge in the tire industry, and said my tread was good, but it wasn't being done right, I brought that to the attention of the service tech at the other Nissan I brought my Murano in for its 15,000 mile service, he had a tech come out and look at my tires, saw it right away and said everything will be taken care of, Auto Nation also failed to inform me in the finance office that the protection plan I purchased, when I get service that company pays for portion of the service, and that's each time you bring your vehicle in. Nice to know, so after showing me the price of what it would be for my 15,000 mile service, he told me the company that I purchased my protection plan would be paying $50 towards the service, again Auto Nation failed to explain that to me when I got my Murano, Everything Auto Nation did wrong, with an attitude, the Nissan dealership I brought my Murano to, they did right. ashame Auto Nation has service techs with an attitude and don't seem to care about your vehicle. I give the sales department a 4 , for customer service, and would buy from them again, as for getting my vehicle serviced, no way. More

This is the second time they don't wash my car after major services. Last time i had Omar work on my car and he's nice; no car wash after spending so much money. Recently, Matt worked on my car and thi major services. Last time i had Omar work on my car and he's nice; no car wash after spending so much money. Recently, Matt worked on my car and this time i spoke up that my car wasn't washed. I don't know why these people act shocked or confused that my car wasn't washed when they should know from checking, before calling the client that their car is ready. It's so noticeable and i think it's disrespectful that the client has to walk back to complain about a complimentary service they should be doing after we give them so much money for labor. *Which makes me think, if they even complete the services they're supposed to do, since it's so obvious no one does a last walk through.* Plus, Matt was trying to take more money from me when mentioning my tires are drying up. All they care about is making their sales and not for their client to save money during these hard times. Im obviously going to a different discount place for my tires. I know they're just doing their job but helping out, would not recommend me to change my tires at a dealer. More
