Professional, no pressure, very helpful sales team. Even my wife, who hates dealerships felt welcomed and relaxed. The car was ready as promised. The only negative thing was the car detailing. Interior was smeared with greasy, shiny stuff, very difficult to remove, it will take a lot of unnecessary work to get this thing out. With this grease everywhere the car instantly feels like an old junk purchased from some shady used car salesman. This "detailing" ruined otherwise great buying experience. More
