When my car started making an unfamiliar sound, I knew I needed to take it to be inspected. I was nervous about taking it to the dealership because I had been advised that dealerships charge more than small needed to take it to be inspected. I was nervous about taking it to the dealership because I had been advised that dealerships charge more than small mechanic shops, but I'm happy I did. Andrew, my service advisor, was friendly, informative, empathetic, and efficient. He went above and beyond to make sure my car was serviced and repaired in a timely matter without breaking the bank. The service department is always attention and efficient. From drop off to pick up I always have superior service.
