Andrew was very helpful and efficient. He persisted in resolving problems and got my car fixed, including daily appointments until all parts were there and the work was completed. As a hold I have always loved the service but this time it was crazy. First they sent me from one side of the counters of service attendants to the other side of counter of attendants. They gave me the imp it was crazy. First they sent me from one side of the counters of service attendants to the other side of counter of attendants. They gave me the impression they didn't want to bothered. I finally got to see someone, he gave me the impression he didn't want to be bothered with me. He grumbled how can I help you, I replied oil change and all talking stopped until he said I call you when it is done. They were other customers but they were more important to the attendant. When my vehicle was done it was its ready Bro and when it was done he went through the check so fast it seem like he was glad to get rid of me. The whole time I was there it was not the crowded. Oh a man did come out that you like the service manager when I first arrived and ask if he could help me because I think he thought I was not being helped. I haven't been there since my last oil change and this a big difference in the customer service. I will come back for my next service and maybe things will be better. More

Very dishonest Service Advisor named OMAR Save yourself Very dishonest Service Advisor named OMAR Save yourself NEVER go to this delearship and have this guy rip-off your hard earned money! (1st owne Very dishonest Service Advisor named OMAR Save yourself NEVER go to this delearship and have this guy rip-off your hard earned money! (1st owner, bought it brandnew) Brought the ‘16 Rogue w/ 50,000 miles currently to Autonation Nissan Las Vegas to have the AC check due to insufficient cold air. Omar the service advisor told me that car needs to be left at the dealership to have it check. After 2 days Omar said that my AC compressor is busted and needs to be replace. Quoted me for $1,100 plus tax and labor fee, he claimed that he also had the freon checked and have the o-rings replaced for free but did not fix it. I decided to just pull out the car to take it another mechanic for 2nd opinion. But Omar said you still have to pay $170 for the diagnostic fee just in case you didn’t know even you decline the repair. To make it short end up paying $195.50 and still have the receipt as a proof! I brought the car to another mechanic and the new mechanic said your car only needs to have an AC recharge because your freon is low, your compressor is running fine so I don’t know why the said nissan advisor told you it needed to be replace??!! Voila! My Aircondition issue is fixed like nothing happened! More
Sucks. Paid cash for my car and they even managed to make that a pain in the butt. I recieve "coupons" and "promos", but when I drive the 20 miles to get there they don't know what I'm talikg about. Was tol that a pain in the butt. I recieve "coupons" and "promos", but when I drive the 20 miles to get there they don't know what I'm talikg about. Was told I get a few free oil changes, I get there and they say I don't. I got an email stating I can get a free A/C check, since my car takes 20 minutes to cool down I drive all the way there in 3:00 traffic to be told it's hot because it's hot and that the check is someone putting their hand on the vent to see if it's cool, a real check is gonna run me $170, bought the car from them 4 months ago. Informed them less than a week after buying the car that the stereo didn't work, was told since it's not a safety issue, it's on me. It's better to get a car from Fremont or Boulder Highway then these guys. More
Service Dept quoted me $3,300 to fix my car. Took to several different mechanics who all quoted me between 1,000 to 1,300 to fix the car. Autonation Nissan is not a good place to take your cat to be rep several different mechanics who all quoted me between 1,000 to 1,300 to fix the car. I had made an appointment to have my vehicle service done. The cost I was quoted was similar to what I usually pay...that was I thought. Boy I was wrong, I was nickled and dimed by this dealership. The done. The cost I was quoted was similar to what I usually pay...that was I thought. Boy I was wrong, I was nickled and dimed by this dealership. The discount I was promised wasn’t included. The services that usually bundled together were itemized and billed separately. I had brought my vehicle to many Nissan dealers and it’s always consistent with what I was quoted and never more. Auto Nation Nissan Las Vegas is a RIPOFF! The manager had the audacity to re-invite me back and promised to give the discount I would have gotten automatically for being a member of an association this dealership promotes. I wish my association discontinue their affiliation with this dealership. It gives them a bad reputation. More
I made an appointment on a Saturday 8am for an oil change, new tire and new battery they had my car all day till 5pm. When I picked up my car they informed me that my car had a leak but they where una change, new tire and new battery they had my car all day till 5pm. When I picked up my car they informed me that my car had a leak but they where unable to repair the leak that day and I needed to make another appointment. I made one for the following week early morning Saturday I drove there only for them to tell me my service tech was out sick and they could not repair my vehicle and that I needed to make another appointment. So I made another appointment for the following week on a Friday early morning 8am they notified me that my car would be ready at 5pm, I picked up my vehicle and turned on my engine and noticed the service engine soon light was on, it wasn’t on when I brought the car in so I went back inside the service department and my service tech pulled my car back into the garage to have it looked at. 20 minutes later my service tech came and got me to tell me some grime must have gotten on the censor and the light might shut off on its own, The engine is too hot and in order to check to make sure they would have to wait for it to cool off, we close at 6 so you have to make another appointment. I did make an appointment for the following Saturday only to be told that they didn’t have anyone who can check the censor on Saturdays because they changed the schedule around. I took my car to my sisters work who read my cars computer to tell me that the dealership forgot to reconnect my censor and the censor needs to be reconnected in order for the light to shut off. I have to bring my car in to the dealership again, I’m hoping they don’t charge me for their mistake. I’m hoping that when I show up for my appointment they can actually help me this time. It’s such an inconvenience to be with out a vehicle for an entire day and with the dealership suspending shuttle service I have no way back home or back to the dealership to pick up my car. I’ll have to try to take the bus and miss a day of work. Its been so stressful, I really regret giving this place my business. I know in the future I will not be coming here again. More
