This was the first time that my vehicle was serviced by Servic Service Manager Mike for the provision of a loaner vehicle the day after Thanksgiving! This was the first time that my vehicle was serviced by Service Advisor Ms. Maria Mejia. I had a few major issues with my vehicle and her quick thinking and that of the Cashier Melody led to huge savings from the estimated costs on the final invoice for replacement parts and repairs to my vehicle. Furthermore, Maria was constantly checking in on me and updating me on the status and progress of the works on my vehicle. Her customer skills are truly awesome, My vehicle was delivered in three working days as promised, washed and cleaned!
