As soon as I arrived at Autonation Nissan 3 minutes late on my schedule at 7:00am, Ms. Rebecca Birnbaum greeted me. She was jolly and fast. She asked me to go to her office for my signature; and when on my schedule at 7:00am, Ms. Rebecca Birnbaum greeted me. She was jolly and fast. She asked me to go to her office for my signature; and when done I asked her how long will it take to fix my car? She said about an hour and a half. But she came to me at the customers’ lounge after only 45 minutes and handed me my key. She, further, said that if there would be any issues later, “Don’t hesitate to come back, and we will be more than happy to help you.” Last visit I had at Autonation Nissan wasn’t great at all. I gave Autonation a 3-star review. But Ms. Rebecca Birnbaum made an absolute redemption on my opinion. Honestly, I was also having a problem on my DRIVE ASSIST and CRUISE CONTROL and all of these including the “recall” were fixed without charging me even a penny. I am do satisfied with the service that I’ll be coming back at Autonation Nissan for my future car needs. And also, I will recommend my friends to go there because the service is awesome. More
