The Sales Team at this location is wonderful but the Service Department is awful! Each time I have come in for service they didn’t have records of my contract. This last week I had to wait for my car as I didn’t have a ride home. I had an appointment at 11:30 and I was still waiting at 2;30. They don’t offer shuttle service either. I don’t understand why they overbook if they don’t have the personnel to get the job done. This is very frustrating. More

Although I don’t agree with the many things they say need repairing on my car, they took care of the recalls I business with the service department. He offered suggestions on what to repair first and foremost, answered all my questions in what I regard as very truthfully.
