I received the best customer service, with my service advisor Joshua! He was very knowledgeable and attended all of my needs that I had with my car. He was very patient most all. Repeat visit for the turbo on my 2022 Rogue. First visit went mostly well. I waited an hour after check in, and had to ask again to be seen. Seems they forgot I was there, but after that the ser First visit went mostly well. I waited an hour after check in, and had to ask again to be seen. Seems they forgot I was there, but after that the service was good. Most recently took it back in for the turbo again. This time they held the car overnight, but didn't provide a loaner. Hard to believe there's a parking lot across the street filled with dealership cars and they can't provide a loaner for a car under warranty. In any case, I threw away $70 on Uber that they also wouldn't reimburse. The next day they let me take my car home as the part they ordered was delayed (wonder why they wouldn't let me take it home the night before?), but at least that saved me some money. I was told they would contact me when the part came in, but I waited 10 days with no call. So I called them and was informed the part had arrived. After this, there were no issues. TL;DR - No policy in place to guarantee transportation when they hold your brand new car overnight. I had to be proactive in getting service and updates on a few occasions, when it should be them doing so. Otherwise, the service was okay. More
