They need to do a better job of time management and communication. Scheduled an appointment a few days ahead for a simple oil/filter change & battery check/replacement. Arrived a few minutes early & was greeted promptly. 2 hours later, no word on status so texted for an ETA. Working on prorated cost for battery replacement. Stated I was not expecting to spend over 2 hours for simple service that should take about 1.5 hours. Replied they were working on it but no time frame. 2.5 hours and still no ETA. Texted again, they apologized and said it would be soon. 3 hours with no other update so went outside. Service advisor said it was going through the wash so I stayed outside. 3.5 hours saw them driving my car around the parking lot so I knew it was done. Waited about 10 more minutes before walking up to service advisor office and pretty much demanded my car. She finished the paperwork Delay was blamed on the time it took to get prorated cost for new battery. She did comp me the oil/filter change which was appreciated. Since all service and battery replacements on my 2012 SUV have been done there and I gave them a few days lead time when making my appointment, they should have been prepared. It wasn't even a busy day there. Several people came and went while I sat there for over 3 hours. More
