You get basic service. I have had better at other service centers. Sat in my car for about 7 minutes before being acknowledged for my appointment. I had thought I was getting a certain services based on the description of the 55,000 service - severe online appointment but the documents were only for an oil change. Just in comparison with similar service centers I had gotten a detailed breakdown of what was needed for next service the cost etc but not here. More

I brought my vehical in for a schedule service appointment to change my oil and rotate my tires. This service should not have taken more than 30 minutes. 2 hours later (after waiting in the lobb appointment to change my oil and rotate my tires. This service should not have taken more than 30 minutes. 2 hours later (after waiting in the lobby) I went out and saw my vehical parked, it had been completed for an extended time yet no one called to let me know that it was done. This is not the first time this has happened with this dealership either. I am only going to give them one more chance then I am going to stop going there for service as there have been to many issues following each service. More

My service advisor was fantastic at first and then fell off the radar. The phone was never answered and calls were never returned. My husband and I had to drive to the dealership to get information on my c off the radar. The phone was never answered and calls were never returned. My husband and I had to drive to the dealership to get information on my car and it had to be there for another 4 days. The service advisor clearly had too big of a case load and could not keep up. Then the advisor did not put the work through the extended warranty or send us the receipt for the work we paid for. This was the first time dealing with a Nissan dealership that I was completely disappointed. There should have been more help and support from management as they clearly could not keep up with all the cars. More
