I've been taking my cars to this dealership for years. The last few years the service department has been terrible. I has my appointment scheduled 7-12-22 at 12:30 and took them almost 2 hours abd 45 min The last few years the service department has been terrible. My device advisor Dainel was apologetic but said nothing he can do to speed up process. I may start taking my car to a different place to get service. Who ever is running this department needs lots of work to do!! More

I took my vehicle in for an oil change with only 5000 miles on my car and was told I needed an 2 air filters for $125.00 and when I picked my vehicle up and asked why I needed a filter I was told it’s us miles on my car and was told I needed an 2 air filters for $125.00 and when I picked my vehicle up and asked why I needed a filter I was told it’s usually changed at 18,000 miles.
