I've been taking my cars to this dealership for years. The last few years the service department has been terrible. I has my appointment scheduled 7-12-22 at 12:30 and took them almost 2 hours abd 45 min The last few years the service department has been terrible. I has my appointment scheduled 7-12-22 at 12:30 and took them almost 2 hours abd 45 minutes. Why have an appointment and the oil change (only) take so long. My device advisor Dainel was apologetic but said nothing he can do to speed up process. I may start taking my car to a different place to get service. Who ever is running this department needs lots of work to do!! More

I took my vehicle in for an oil change with only 5000 miles on my car and was told I needed an 2 air filters for $125.00 and when I picked my vehicle up and asked why I needed a filter I was told it’s us miles on my car and was told I needed an 2 air filters for $125.00 and when I picked my vehicle up and asked why I needed a filter I was told it’s usually changed at 18,000 miles. I understand they must up sale services but this was just wrong and I was ripped off. More
