Have always had my auto repairs and maintenance done at Auto Nation Nissan Tempe and have had great service. Everyone is nice, professional and knowledgeable. My service advisor Daniel B. is great in infor Auto Nation Nissan Tempe and have had great service. Everyone is nice, professional and knowledgeable. My service advisor Daniel B. is great in informing me all the details of the work done on my vehicle. He is very knowledgeable and lets me know in advance if anything extra needs to be done and gets my approval to get the work done or for a later date. Stores waiting room is nice and television to watch while waiting as well as a coffee/chocolate machine. I will continue to bring my vehicle to this dealership. More

Dropped off my car for repair. Was told it would take 2 to 4 hours or more. advised then yo call me as to weather they would keep my car overnite. they said they would call me. No call received. The next day I called 6 times and could not get the service dept. Left messages to call me back. no all back. Finalled called the sales dept. and the salesman wrent to the service dept. to find the service mgr. he told ne they were very busy and would call me shortly. waited 2 hours, no call/ called back sales dept and complained He again went to the service dept. and had the service mgr call me. This is the worse customer service I've experienced ib twenty years. This should be corrected immediately!!!! More
If I could leave a zero star review I would. I've had a horrible experience the last 4 visits here at this dealership service department. I have been coming here for over 3 years and it has progressively g horrible experience the last 4 visits here at this dealership service department. I have been coming here for over 3 years and it has progressively gotten worse every visit. I came in to get new tires and an oil change and waited 6 hours even though I had the earliest appointment available and arrived 15 minutes early, then they over charged me on top of that. Fast forward to my next visit, I had a small leak in the tire so I made an appointment and came in last Wednesday, 10/20. They took my car back and later came out to tell me the warranty was going to cover 2 new tires because they were non-repairable. They had to be ordered so I was told to come back at a later date. Came in on Saturday, 10/23. Was told they had the tires but couldn't get the claim approved to cover the labor because it was the weekend. Got told I was going to get a call back Monday, 10/25 and I never did. I called 10/26 and was told by the service manager that they got everything handled to come in tomorrow and I would be worked on right away since my service case was still open. I got here at 8:10am and just got told at 10:45am they are barely going to start working on my vehicle, this was only communicated to me after I went looking for an update! AutoNation please tell your employees they need to communicate progress on vehicles hourly! COMMUNICATION IS KEY AND THEY DO NOT COMMUNICATE ANYTHING UNLESS YOU GO LOOKING!This is especially important if the customer is waiting for the vehicle and it is something that has gone over the time frame that was originally discussed! I will definitely be recommending people to stay away from this service department unless they have endless hours to wait on something simple that should only take 2hours! We purchased our 2020 Nissan Rogue sl here in May 2020 and in October 2020 we took it to them for the first service and our Service Manager, Charles was fantastic! Service Review - Saul I have been using Autonation Nissan in Tempe since I've been in Arizona. The help received by Saul has been okay. I will simply state what has happene I have been using Autonation Nissan in Tempe since I've been in Arizona. The help received by Saul has been okay. I will simply state what has happened to me and not include my own personal feelings about the level of service provided. A couple of visits ago, I was told that my battery needed to be replaced at 35,000 miles (2014 Nissan Altima) because of mild corrosion around the cables and the cost would be $130 dollars. I declined. Flash forward to 43,000 miles and Saul now tells me my battery only needs to be cleaned for the price of $45. I ask Saul to replace my wipers and he forgets to do so. After reviewing the work on my car, I notice that Saul had taken note of a cracked front control arm on the passenger side that Saul did not notify me of. When I looked for him to clarify, he was nowhere to be found. After being called on the radio 3 times and PA system once, he was still nowhere to be found. Thankfully, two service advisers who share his office were able to help me out. As I was leaving, I saw Saul in the parking lot sitting in a car. More
Ask for Zach--you won't be disappointed I arrived at the dealer ten minutes earlier, and although I had an appointment with a tech, someone else approached me and was willing to help. He found my paperwork, took my car keys and offered to get the shuttle bus to take me to work. Unfortunately the shuttle bus was already on route and so, Zach offered to take me to work. I call that going above and beyond the call of duty! He was professional, helpful and got me to work in no time. Later on he called to tell me what the car needed and what would cost me, offering to once again send the shuttle to pick me up. Cars in general and everything that has to do with them, make me a little apprehensive, but thanks to Zach, I had a great experience and I will definitely return to this dealer. With people like him my car will always be in good hands! More
