The service given by Saul went above and beyond and he have experienced at a dealer shop. He reassured me everything would get done as quickly as possible and then made sure it did. His reassurance kept me calm and made me trust him and the company he represents. I certainly would recommend the service! More
Productive and well done service Had an oil change done, service advisor was Shannon, very knowledgeable and friendly she explained all work done & made sure car was well inspected. Helpful Service from Saul Went to Nissan to get my car fixed. Talked to Saul, he had informed of what needed to be done. After getting the work done plus oil change, had realiz Went to Nissan to get my car fixed. Talked to Saul, he had informed of what needed to be done. After getting the work done plus oil change, had realized I started smelling a burning smell. Called Saul to which he had me come back to the shop for a check and help get me a rental . Had the cap for the engine oil to be missing spilling oil all over the engine. As I was getting the paperwork done, Saul had informed of what he was going to do. He covered the rental, was going to have the oil replaced, and clean off the engine of all the oil. It put me at ease to see him take ownership of problem. He told me that he would try to car ready the next day and would call me. To my surprise I got a call the next day and was told the car was ready. So thank you Saul for your professionalism. More

Uninformed, poor service, incorrect diagnostics My review is of their service department. I bought a new Nissan Rogue memorial weekend from ABC Nissan in Phoenix. I noticed the next day the heated s My review is of their service department. I bought a new Nissan Rogue memorial weekend from ABC Nissan in Phoenix. I noticed the next day the heated seats weren’t working. I know, heated seats in Phoenix, it’s a long story. Regardless, I talked to the service manager at ABC Nissan and he said I could use my warranty at any Nissan Dealership in the US. AutoNation Nissan in Tempe is closer to my house and I figured would be less busy. I booked a service appointment online. I showed up 20 minutes before my scheduled appointment to find out it would be at least 2 hours. Why have appointments? 2.5 hours later, my new car is returned to me with the diagnostics “of course the heated seats aren’t working it’s too hot outside” then the service person proceeded to explain it has to be below 68 degrees outside for the heated seats to function. WHAT? I read the owner’s manual, the heated steering wheel has that requirement. The heated seats do not. I called up the service manager at ABC Nissan and explained the situation and he confirmed that the outside temperature has zero impact on the heated seats. Do not trust what the service folks at this location tell you. More
Rip off alert Stopped in to get check engine light checked. Told me 11 codes. Car not safe to drive. Said it would take 3 hrs to determine codes. Advised 10/11 codes old and nothing major. Example tire pressure codes and battery code due to recently installed new battery. Only one real item to be addressed, found this out in five minutes and advised car safe to drive. Clint tried scare tactics that are unprofessional and the reason dealerships get a bad name. More

I brought in my Nissan Sentra to be checked out before leaving for a very long road trip. I asked them to change the oil, wheels/tires and a few other simple requests. I had made an appointment and brough leaving for a very long road trip. I asked them to change the oil, wheels/tires and a few other simple requests. I had made an appointment and brought in the car. Hours later I had still not heard any updates about my vehicle. I left two voicemail messages and did not hear back until after the dealership was already closing to give me a quote. I told them to go ahead with most the options and then waited through the next day. They were very slow to keep me informed on what was going on or when my car would be ready. Once it finally was ready for pick up I had to wait another hour at the dealership. I went to tell them to not wash my car so I could leave and came to find that my tires were very bare. The mechanic pointed out after we were casually talking that I should not be road tripping with that bare of a tire, it was worrisome. So he talked to Anthony who did nothing to try and fix the situation. I left and then later realized my side mirror which was broken was not in my car so I called and after checking my trunk came to find they forgot to put it back in my car. I went back to get it and then realized they did NOT change my oil. He completely disregarded that I was about to be traveling thousands of miles. I called and explained that it was unprofessional and that they had zero customer service throughout the entire experience. The manager also did nothing to resolve the situation of make me feel at east that they had essentially done none of the work I requested AND the were rude about everything. I will absolutely avoid this dealership at all costs because the experience was so horribly frustrating. More
