As a Subaru owner in Colorado (2 times over, a Legacy and a Forrester), there are plenty of choices when it comes to regular maintenance. I have been going to Arapahoe AutoNation Subaru for 5 years now - an a Forrester), there are plenty of choices when it comes to regular maintenance. I have been going to Arapahoe AutoNation Subaru for 5 years now - and found their Service Department to be Top Notch. Prompt service, close to the light rail station, and always attentive to time deadlines (and should there be a need for unexpected issues, a prompt call from a service advisor). One appointment in particular (last year) where the Service Dept. when above and beyond in their cleaning of my engine compartment on my 120,000+ 2011 Legacy. I was literally "SHOCKED" when I opened the engine compartment after getting home and seeing a shiny, detailed engine compartment - like driving a new car. Great job, Arapahoe Subaru! Thank-you! Scheduled an express oil change for my WRX. They told me all the levels of fluid would be checked and filled as well as a multi inspection check. Everything was done except the windshield wiper They told me all the levels of fluid would be checked and filled as well as a multi inspection check. Everything was done except the windshield wiper fluid was empty when the car was given back to me. Notice this of course when I got home. Had to go buy windshield wiper fluid which is not a big deal I was just under the impression that that was the fluid that would be filled during my appointment time. Overall the experience was fine. We live in Mesa County and had the transmission replaced in Grand Junction 2 weeks earlier. While visiting in Parker, the newly replaced transmission failed again and AutoNation Subaru replaced the transmi in Grand Junction 2 weeks earlier. While visiting in Parker, the newly replaced transmission failed again and AutoNation Subaru replaced the transmission again. The service we received was prompt, courteous, and as effortless on our part as reasonable under the circumstances.. The car they loaned us was nearly new with most of the same features as our car. I had just bought my Subaru and wanted to get it checked over before the warranty expired. I made an appointment online (SUPER easy) and when I brought my car in, the person I was scheduled to meet was avai over before the warranty expired. Ean listened to all of my concerns and took pictures of my entire vehicle. I got a call later that day from Ean who said they techs caught a recall that I was not even aware of and that replacement was added to my list of repairs. A couple of days passed and I called to ask when my car might be ready. Ean told me that it was taking a little longer than expected to work with the warranty department, so he offered a courtest car to me to use. That was a great piece of customer service that I was not expecting. When I got my car back, all of the issues had been resolved and I was on my way. It was an easy experience working with the Service team at AutoNation Subaru Arapahoe! More
