AutoNation Subaru Arapahoe - Service Center

my 2014 Forester has been in and out of this dealership for almost 10 months following an engine replacement. they cannot get the headgasket to stop leaking oil after their repair. I was not given a loaner for almost 10 months following an engine replacement. they cannot get the headgasket to stop leaking oil after their repair. I was not given a loaner car until I filed a complaint with SOA. after 2 loaners and 3 separate repair attempts they now claim they do not have a loaner for me.i am now stuck with either driving this ticking time bomb of a car with no repair resolution in sight, or having to give up my job as I have no way to get there anymore. I do not take this lightly. this is completely unacceptable and has greatly impacted my life and my family. avoid this dealership at all costs and take the time to reconsider purchasing a Subaru at all. a poor quality product and poor quality service across the board. I've owned several Subarus exclusively for over 12 years but this experience has completely changed my opinion on their brand. to add insult to injury, they are one of the most expensive shops in town and charge $200 per hour. I cannot see any reason for them to justify such a high premium for their subpar service. More
