I have had my Subaru Legacy serviced at this dealership over the past three years and been satisfied - no complaints/problems. On 7/15/22, I made an appointment to have service (extended warranty work) on over the past three years and been satisfied - no complaints/problems. On 7/15/22, I made an appointment to have service (extended warranty work) on 7/19/22. I dropped my vehicle off on 7/18/22 so work could begin first thing on 7/19/22. Around 4:00pm on 7/19/22, service manager called me to tell me work could not be completed by the end of the day because a part necessary for repair would not be delivered to service center until the next day (7/20/22). I don't understand why, knowing the nature of the problem (contamination of the Park-Range switch internal components) and required repair (Basic Warranty had been extended for CVT Parking Brake Switch), Service Center had not had part delivered on 7/18/22 so work could be completed on 7/19/22 as promised. Service personnel was courteous. I just believe this inconvenience could have been avoided. More
My service was completed as requested and to my satisfaction everyone at the dealership was kind and accommodating. After about 6 calls all day and going through the prompts and leaving a call back # I finally got someone to pick up the phone after a 30+ min on hold wait. More
Scheduled appt. for recall repair but their equipment to fix it was damaged before they could repair our car. Everyone was very nice but we have to travel over 3 hours each way just to keep the appointment which turned out to be a huge waste of our time for nothing. We will likely have to make two more trips if they don't have the part to fix the oil leak a the same time we schedule the recall repair. I asked how safe it is to drive my car due to the recall and no one could give me an answer. I was told "I don't know." This is a bit distressing given that I have to travel so far for service. The recall concerns the transmission. Is ut unsafe to drive our car, do you know? To be fair, Subaru did not charge me for the oil and filter change they did. That was very ethical and kind of them and much appreciated. Thank you! More

I have had experience with the AutoNation group since 2012 and have always enjoyed their approach to the customer. They are honest, professional and seem dedicated to making the experience pleasant. Once my purchased maintenance package is exhausted, I will re-evaluate the cost of doing service business. $200+ (based on the receipt I received) for an oil change is extreme. Replacing an air cabin filter should not be $140+. The employees are wonderful! The facility is clean! I would encourage the management to re-evaluate the pricing structure of the service department. Just because you CAN charge exorbitant prices does NOT mean you should. More
