It was super simple to make my appointment online. Called a couple of days before to find out if my recall was going to be done same day or not. Took my Subaru Legacy in for service. Was greeted at my vehicle by a service manager. He walked me around my car and explained everything that they were going to do during the service. After agreeing on what was going to be done he walked me to the waiting area showed me the drink area and where the rest rooms were.
