I had been told by another oil change provider that I needed my alignment checked and that I needed 4 new tires. I took my car to AutoNation Subaru for a second opinion. They were extremely helpful. I di needed my alignment checked and that I needed 4 new tires. I took my car to AutoNation Subaru for a second opinion. They were extremely helpful. I did, indeed, need my alignment adjusted, however, they stated I was nowhere near needing new tires. I appreciated the honesty and peace of mind. More

On 1/27/22, around 9 am, I left my Subaru Forrester car at the Subaru Arapahoe dealership for a 30K service. My son, with another car parked not very far from the Service entrance. When we returned to the parked car, my son went to the driver door and I went in the direction of the passenger door. The parking place was with snow and ice and I slide and fell. Temperatures in that morning were in the 20’s. As I saw the foot hanging from my leg, blood everywhere, I ordered my son to go immediately to an Emergency Room. There was no time for photos or to call the dealership personnel. I had an ankle exposed fracture and I had a surgery the same day at the Sky Ridge Hospital. Two days later, I was transferred to the Center at Lincoln. During February 16, another surgery will be necessary, and I probably have to live at that Center for two months more. My son withdraw the Subaru car and paid for the service at the end of the day and said nothing. The damages this accident has produced are: 1. Physical suffering. 2. Medical expenses, which are increasing every day. 3. Loss of income for some months. I teach at Purdue University, but I am only paid if I work. It is the responsibility of the dealership to clean the parking lot and throw salt to avoid these accidents. Consequently, I am expecting some compensation. More
No issues with my service appointment. Everything went as expected, with the exception that the service advisor didn't try to get me to agree to any unnecessary work. Appointment was less than an hour. expected, with the exception that the service advisor didn't try to get me to agree to any unnecessary work. Appointment was less than an hour. More
