It was a bit of a chore to have a manufacturer correction performed. Three contacts attempted. Two hangups on my call and no return call until my third try. Sorry to say that but my experience was awful. I had a scheduled appointment for regular oil change and tire rotation. And guess what... right - tires weren't rotated, the air pressure wasn't checked and scheduled appointment for regular oil change and tire rotation.
