The service manager said nothing was wrong with my roof crossbars, but I knew something was wrong because of the noise coming from the rear crossbars. This is the second time we have had a poor service experience at Auto Nation Subaru on Arapahoe Rd. in Centennial, CO. We were told an oil change had been done on our Crosstrek but in fact it had NOT experience at Auto Nation Subaru on Arapahoe Rd. in Centennial, CO. We were told an oil change had been done on our Crosstrek but in fact it had NOT been done. If we had not discovered this, we would have paid for a service that had not been done; the only concession given was a sorry and being charged employee rates when the Customer Service thing to do would have been not to charge for the service as clearly it was AutoNation's error. In addition, we had to keep calling to find out the status of the service. This is the second time we have worked with this Service Technician and she is unreliable, not trustworthy and does not manage her workload or customers in a professional manner. Very disappointing.
