Car was fixed ok, but a problem with my windows. I had stated to the Service Rep. that please leave the windows UP as the had been tinted and it could hurt them. When I picked up the car a couple of days later; all the front windows had been lowered down. I talked to the Service Mgr. about this and stated what had happened and what should have been done. He took some photos and my contact info. about some possible damage to my front window tinting. He stated that someone will following up the next day; it has been almost a week now and NO contact back for from AutoNation Subaru Arapahoe. Very sad follow up and customer service from this dealership. On a go forward I will be going some place else to service this car that I had previously bought at this location. More
