I was encouraged by the service/sales team to provide a 5-star rating several times during my visit. I did not have a 5-star experience. I took my vehicle into the dealership for a service recall and I decided to buy out my lease the same day and obtained financing through the sales dept. While the team was friendly (of course they were because they saw $$$), I was offered/encouraged/pressured to purchase a vehicle care protection package even though I had a solid warranty that I purchased when I leased the vehicle. As a single and only parent of three, my best interest was definitely not part of their package and It's unfortunate because they originally came across as being sincere. By the end of the process I couldn't wait to leave, felt preyed upon and didn't have a good feeling about the process or the financing product. I'm glad that my teachers' association and neighborhood vicinity both have recommendation forums as this ONE STAR review is being copied and pasted several times. More

We stopped by to get the air in my Subaru’s tires checked when the low tire pressure indicator came on. Regular maintenance is done while I wait, usually about an hour or so. The Auto Techs are thorough. The last time I was in, I was told that the cabin filter and the engine filter needed to be replaced but an hour or so. The Auto Techs are thorough. Communication great as I received an email reminder to include the filters the next time I scheduled maintenance. The recent visit was the next time. All went well. Everyone at AutoNation Subaru Arapahoe are friendly and knowledgeable. When I asked an Auto Tech about one of my concerns as I was leaving my car in the service drop-off area, he was able to explain why that was happening and stated that it really was not a concern. I recently purchased another five-year maintenance agreement. Why? Because AutoNation Subaru Arapahoe has always provided a friendly atmosphere and great service since day one. They truly care about their customers. I always leave this dealership knowing that my Forester is well taken care of. . More
