I recently had my 2017 Outback serviced with this dealership for the 30k maintenance check (which isn't cheap by the way) as well as a new set of tires. I brought a 2003 Subaru Forestor in after Heubuger Subaru worked on the car. The AC stopped working, I thought they may have disconnected something and forgot to reconnect something. I turned down $12,000+ estimate to fix my Subaru, including the $1700 compressor they said I needed, turned out to be a loose fitting. These guys are RIP OFFS, they are just box swappers and probably wouldn’t know how to really fix anything. I must thank them as they saved me a lot of time. We are buying a new car to replace the Forestor in December and until this visit, Subaru was at the top of the list, it’s one less dealer we need to visit for a test drive. Congrats service department, you just torpedoed your sales department! More
