My oil change and tire rotation was handled in a timely manner which was nice since I waited in the lounge for the work to be completed. Terrible experience. Waited 2.5 hours for a scheduled oil change. Techs left oil spots on inside of my car door from their hands. They did not reset any check engine lights, and the cost of the oil change in change. Techs left oil spots on inside of my car door from their hands. Came for oil change and tire rotation service and after vehicle was ready I discovered in parking lot that tires were not rotated. I went back inside to talk to them and asked to check if oil and filter we vehicle was ready I discovered in parking lot that tires were not rotated. I went back inside to talk to them and asked to check if oil and filter were actually changed. Manager came out and took my vehicle back into the shop for tire rotation. 15 minutes later my car was ready and I was also given a voucher for car wash. As soon as I started driving tire pressure monitor showed that one right front tire had low pressure. I didn't go back inside to waste time and nerves. I discovered a small Philips screw in that tire upon arrival home. Coincidence? Or revenge for the arguing with customer service representatives and accusing technicians of not doing their job right? I will never go to this dealership again even though I still have one more service left that was prepaid at the time when the vehicle was purchased. I don’t trust them anymore and would recommend people going for service/repair to check what they pay for, what is written in the paper given to them and to make sure that the job was actually done. More
