I just moved back to the area and picked a dealership close for service. Scheduling online was quick and easy. When I got to the service entrance was greeted within a couple minutes and met Taylor, my close for service. Scheduling online was quick and easy. When I got to the service entrance was greeted within a couple minutes and met Taylor, my service rep. She was personable and as i was waiting for the car, showed me the waiting room. It is a nice area. As there was additional work to be done, Taylor provided a thorough description and told me the additional time of up to 2 hours. From the time I arrived at the service to the tome I left was 1.5 hours, not the projected 3! Charissa checked me out, was knowledgeable about what was done to my car and again, made me feel welcome. Please ask Taylor and Charissa the mechanic, I apologize for not remembering his name; my car was well taken care of. I had a great experience and will definitely return and recommend. More

This was my first time at the AutoNation Subaru Service center. I was extremely impressed with Austin and his friendly team. I did express disappointment when I learned he'd have to keep my Impreza overn center. I was extremely impressed with Austin and his friendly team. And now that I've found a way into the lot from the back, I don't have to deal with the snarly traffic on Arapahoe -- big plus! More
