I always have a good experience bringing my car in for service. I called to set up an appointment and figured it would be about a week before anything was available. He keeps me informed of the progress by text and videos, goes over the bill after service is completed and answers any questions I may have. I have never had any difficulty with the Service Department. Charles Francis the service rep is excellent and one of the reasons I keep coming back.
