Outstanding customer service! Special shout out to Spencer, Steve, Charles and all of the great service team members and managers! Was out of town on a family beach vacation when Special shout out to Spencer, Steve, Charles and all of the great service team members and managers! Was out of town on a family beach vacation when car stopped working (first time ever). Had to leave vehicle and returned home to Atlanta. Spencer and crew kept me posted on every step of repair process (it was a complex repair and took some time). The car was repaired without issue and I happily returned home.
