Oh. ..where to start. Car was sold to us with bad wheel bearing and axel. Obvious grind and roar, but was told it went through their multi-point inspectio ..where to start. Credit was pulled even though we were directly told to our faces it wasn't going to be since we were paying by check. Miles were incorrectly labeled on paperwork. Tried calling anyone at this location today and couldn't get a soul to answer the phone 12.12.22 (sales, service, etc.) Another Autonation location is literally waiting on them to update their system so we can process the warranty and move on. More

I had a problem with a body repair shop installing an improper headlight and all members of the service staff including the sales manager and the salesman who sold me three cars so far chipped in and hel improper headlight and all members of the service staff including the sales manager and the salesman who sold me three cars so far chipped in and helped to resolve this issue which involved the insurance company and the use of a rental car. The end result was the return of my car in excellent condition in a very short time. I am so grateful!!! More
